Structure

Purva Bidadi apartment imposes an opening designed to complement the stylish architecture. The apartment premise has defined access finished in concrete from the approach road. The internal roads are wide along with carriageways with asphalted driveways. All the pedestrian pathways are concrete and finished with a beautiful scenic view on both roadsides.

Electrical

Purva Bidadi Architects have proposed fibre optic provision for data and voice transmission. Underground power lines to distribute power from transformer yards to individual feeder pillars. The power drawn is from the transformer to the feeder pillars with provision up to the apartments. The development maintains LED street lighting and all underground systems in RCC Hume pipes.

The development possesses grid power from BESCOM for each apartment with modular switches. The wiring is masked with PVC Insulated Copper Wires and Modular Switches long with 100% Power backup for elevators, shared areas & pumps.

Plumbing

Waterline chutes are inferred underground for domestic, flushing/ irrigation, and sanitary lines connected to an STP. An Irrigation grid is in place for the central development landscape, and plumbing lines terminate within the plots for water supply & sewerage. The double Water supply scheme is provided through UPVC pipes to cater for domestic use and treated water. OHT & UG sump of suitable capacity is available.
